Social Work Case Management


Social Work Case Management is offered by the CCVSC to assist veterans, their spouses and eligible family members who are in need of services in addition to direct financial aid. The CCVSC Social Work Case Managers are available to help clients who need assistance with planning, problem solving, information and referrals to other city, county, state or federal agencies. Referrals can be made for issues related to housing, legal issues, employment, physical / mental health, aging, financial planning, credit / budget counseling and consumer protection. By working cooperatively, the Social Work Case managers can coordinate the assistance available through the CCVSC, with that of other agencies, to help veterans reach their goals and regain / maintain their self sufficiency.
